Leadership with Standardized Practise in TVET Institutions: A Quality System Improvement

Purpose: Leadership is important in improving the standardized process to deliver a quality system TVET institution. However, adaptation of standardization still new and remains at an early stage. There are also challenges planning standard develop platforms that everyone stone cooperates organization. Hence, study objective identify leadership role enhance organization their relationship study. Design/Methodology/Approach: A descriptive inferential quantitative approach was used collecting data with survey questionnaires about leaders’ roles on were distributed institutions both Polytechnic Community Colleges. total 98 from 104 Technical Vocational Higher Education Institutions have feed backed survey.
